Sleep: 9 hours

Feeling: HUNGOVER! but nothing like simply orange to help add onto the stomach acid in the body already (sarcasm)

Nutrition:

1pm- 3 eggs 3 bacon, juice

6pm- a burger

10pm- yogurt and cheese

12am- i should eat something, huh

Day 19

Sleep: 8 hours?

Feeling: Sickness is almost gone, i just have the cough which doesnt help the running, but who cares.

Nutrition:

9am- 3 eggs 3 bacon, the usual and milk

12pm- the rest of the chili i made including 3 pieces of chicken wings and mixed vegetables

4pm- cheese and a yogurt

8pm- tokyo trio roll and belltown roll at wasabi bistro (today is technically my cheat day)

10pm-blame it on the alcohol

WOD:

400m run +

5 burpees

10 push ups

15 squats

4 rounds for time: 11:02

Day 18

sleep: 7 hours

Feeling: Okay, I’m barely coughing, but when I do it’s very mucoid. ewwww

Nutrition:

8am- 3 eggs and 3 slices of ham and a glass of milk

10am- cheese stick and sunflower seeds

12pm- pinakbet with a little bit of rice and a glass of water

3pm- chili with an apple and another piece of cheese

8pm- 5 pieces of chicken wings mixed veggies, 6 oz yogurt, and simply orange

Day 17

Sleep: 9 hours

Feeling: Good actually. I still have the cough and i did the WOD today and it still hurts my throat after the workout, hopefully tomorrow i will feel good to work outside.

Nutrition:

11am – 3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon

2pm- sharlas banana *pause* then jamba juice with soy protein boost

5pm- string cheese and a couple pieces of jerkey

WOD: 5 burpees

10 push ups

15 squats

as many sets for 10 min.

9 <–blame it on breathing that hurt so much

Day 16

Sleep: 8 hours

Feeling: okay, have a cough and runny nose. They denied me at work today for having flulike symptoms, so I am at home right now.

Nutrition:

9am- 3 eggs and some ham

12pm- some mixed vegetables with ground beef and some pasta sauce

3pm- an apple and sunflower seeds

8pm- pinakbet mmmmm thanks igui and a cheese stick and an apple

WOD: pushups and sit ups ladder for time

Day 15

Sleep: 8.5 hours

Feeling: okay, im not sore, but my body is aching from my sickness and i have a slight fever

Nutrition:

8am- 3 eggs and bacon with milk

12pm- eggs bacon and sausages at dennys

3pm- cough drops for snacks haha

730pm – 3 slices fo pizza

WOD:

laying in bed doing butt clenches (AKA rest) for time

Day 14

Sleep: 7 hours at most

Feeling: SICK! what the heck i keep coughing and sneezing.

nutrition:

10am- 4 eggs with ham onions and tomatoes, with milk

6pm- famous daves, dozen chicken wangs with a couple rib tips

Day 13

Sleep: 8 hours

Feeling: kind of sick, I kept sneezing during Fil-night. Pac-man won though, so I’m feeling good.

Nutrition:

2pm- 2 turkey wraps and some watahhh

5pm- tofu with vegetables. That thai stuff

8pm- short ribs, with bbq chicken, and clams

12am- manila clams, about a dozen or two.

Day 12

Sleep: 7.5 hours

Feeling: legs are still slow, causing me to walk a little slower than usual. Other than that i feel good. My traps are also sore from the waiters walk still.

Nutrition:

8am- 3 eggs and 3 strips of bacon

12pm- 3 cheese sticks, 1 apple

4pm- pasta with the ground beef sauce i made on monday (ewww)

9pm- sunflower seeds and panda express (orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and fried rice)

3am- yippi yi yo mini sirloin burgers. today was my cheat day btw :[

Day 11

Sleep: 8.5 hours

Feeling: I think i was very sore that day in my shoulders especially

Nutrition:

9am – 3 eggs with onions and tomatoes, and 3 strips of bacon

1pm – handful of sunflower seeds

3pm- about 4 oz of chilli with vegetables

8pm- ground beef with pasta sauce and 5 oz of tuna and mixed vegetables
